Please see below a link to a google survey we are asking services to share with families that have received/ currently receiving a Portage Intervention in the last year (January 2022 - January 2023)

The NPA is keen to get the views of parents and carers on the support they have received so that we can produce an NPA Impact Report to demonstrate the difference that Portage makes in the early years to their child's learning and development as well as the impact on their family.  

The NPA is keen to raise the profile of Portage and the wonderful work that is taking place across the UK and in order to do this we need to do this on a national scale. Once we have collated the data we will produce a celebratory report to show the impact and will share with you and the families you are supporting.

We appreciate that family life is busy so this survey shouldn't take parents and carers more than 10 minutes.  Where a family might require with form filling we would be grateful if you could support them on this. 

Please note that the survey results will be completely anonymised and by a family agreeing to complete this survey they are agreeing to GDPR guidance for storage of their replies.

We hope to receive as many responses as possible by 28th February.
