As a portage service in Salford , we are 'alligning' with our 'Early help' service (still part of children/people services) which uses the Family partnership model (FPM)- out of interest , do any of you also work within such a model or within an Early help team? if so, how does this 'fit' with the portage model and has it made a difference to your role?
