Hi lovely Portage people, I wanted to share a link to the new DFE SEND Assessment Guidance and Resources which has been created by the DfE in partnership with Dingley's Promise. We already use a One Page Profile with our families and will start using the assessment profile this term.  We also shared these (and others) during our Portage workshop this week. The DFE SEND Assessment tool was really well received by participants from E Y settings, health visiting colleagues, school staff and a parent on the workshop (we had a fabulous multi agency group which was so beneficial).
