Hello everyone,

Do other services do closing reports when they discharge a family?

If so what do they look like/ include? Do parents find them useful?

At the moment we have different colour boxes labelled 

• Summary of Involvement
• What I admire about ......... and their strengths  
• ......... challenges and how best to support them.
• Approximate developmental level and how best to support them  (if appropriate)
