Hi All 

I have recently become a senior after 14 yrs as a portage home visitor or as we now are called in havering early support keyworkers. 

Im reaching out to see if there are other senior's out there who can offer advice and support. 

Also would like some suggestions of any senior or managment type training anyone has been on?
