It sounds like lots of us are trying to do the same thing, by supporting our families through all other means while we can't home visit.

There are loads of ideas out there to help families, but I wonder how you are organising these and bringing them together for families to access?

Do you have your own websites? Have you found a particular platform useful? Do any Portage services have their own Facebook or Pinterest pages? If so, what are the pros/cons.

Please share your ideas so we don't all try to reinvent the wheel!
