Hi, my name is Bev and a small group of us are tasked with trying to find a system that can support us to track our Portage children’s progress. I know some people use the Portage checklist amongst others but we wanted to find something that was equally as effective.

Additionally. are there any other tools or systems that are being used that you feel we could look into and possibly implement in Hampshire that would help us to support children and their families?
