Tracy Harvey, NPA Vice Chair and Janet Rickman, NPA Chair were delighted to welcome visitors from the Czech Republic on a 3 day visit to Kent Portage Service where Tracy is the Portage County Manager.  The visit was arranged to help to support the development of Portage in the Czech Republic.  Although some of the visitors had received Portage Training back in 1990 they wanted to find out about how Portage has developed in the UK so they can plan how to move it forward at home.
